Are you a legal business?
TutorCreates is a legal business under the company called Jupiter Castle registered in Portugal and follows all the local laws and regulations.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
We are devoted to protecting your personal information and adhere to, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European Union's Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC), and the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC). We have implemented all the necessary measures to ensure that your personal data is protected and that you can control how it is used. We offer you the option to view, amend, delete, and export the data we have about you. Please check our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I get an invoice after I paid?
Once you have paid for any of the accesses, within 24 hours, you will receive your invoice via email, using the email address you provided during account login. If you experience any issues with your invoice, please contact us via the Support page.
Technical Details
Do you have your own AI model?
No, we don't have our own AI model. We use multiple pre-trained models that are trained on a large dataset of text. The models are constantly fine-tuned to generate high-quality assessments based on the input provided by the user. We use these models to generate the questions and answers for the assessments.
What type of questions are generated?
Our AI tailors assessment questions based on the given topic and input, ensuring each question is both relevant and intellectually stimulating. Available question types include multiple-choice questions, true/false questions, and open-answer questions.
How many questions can be generated?
You can choose the number of questions when generating an assessment. For the time being, you can generate up to 35 questions per assessment, independent of the pricing plan. We are working on increasing these limits.
Why my picture does not appear in my account?
Your picture will only appear if you log in with your Google account and you have a picture associated with your Google account. We do not store your picture anywhere. If you change or delete your picture in your Google account, it will automatically adjust when you log in to your TutorCreates account with your Google account.

What languages does the platform support?
Our platform supports multiple languages including generation of assessments in 🇺🇸English, 🇨🇿Czech, 🇳🇱Dutch, 🇫🇷French, 🇩🇪German, 🇬🇷Greek, 🇮🇹Italian, 🇵🇱Polish, 🇧🇷Portuguese (Brazil), 🇵🇹Portuguese (Portugal), 🇷🇺Russian, 🇪🇸Spanish, 🇸🇪Swedish, 🇺🇦Ukrainian; please note that data completeness may vary by language.
Do you charge any monthly fee?
No, we don't charge any monthly fees. You pay a one-time fee for the right to access the platform and create assessments for a specific number of days. It will not renew automatically. Once your access expires, you will need to buy one of the offered accesses again.
Do you offer access for companies?
We are working on implementing a plan for companies. If you are interested in this option, please contact us via the Support page.
What can I do if I used all available assessments before the end of my access?
Let's illustrate with an example: if you generate all assessments before your purchased access ends, you can purchase additional access to enjoy more assessments at your disposal. Furthermore, your service access will extend. For instance, if you bought a 30-day access and generated all 350 assessments in, let's say, 15 days out of 30, purchasing additional 30-day access will grant you 350 assessments to generate and extend your service access to 45 days. You can find details of your access in your account under 'Settings'.
What can I do if I still have assessments to generate but my access is about to expire?
Let's illustrate with an example: If you purchase a 1-day access on May 5, 2024, at 13:00, you can utilize the benefits of the access until May 6 at 13:00. In this scenario, all unused assessments will expire on May 6, 2024, at 13:00. You can view details of your access in your account under 'Settings'.
What will happen to my non-used assessments if I buy more days of access?
Let's illustrate with an example: If you purchase your 1-day access on May 5, 2024, at 13:00, generate 10 assessments out of 20, and in the same day, you purchase a 30-day access with 350 assessments, you will have a total of 360 assessments to use until May 6, 2024, 13:00. At 13:00 of the same day, you will have 350 assessments to use until June 5, 2024, 13:00.
- To simplify it a bit let’s consider the following:
- May 5, 2024, 13:00: You buy 1-day access with 20 assessments.
- May 5, 2024: You generate 10 assessments, so you have 10 assessments left.
- May 5, 2024: You purchase a 30-day access with 350 assessments.
- May 6, 2024, until 13:00: you still have the remaining 10 assessments from the 1-day access, plus the 350 assessments from the new purchase, total: 360 assessments. 10 assessments will expire at 13:00 on May 6, 2024 if not generated.
- May 6, 2024, 13:00 - June 5, 2024, 13:00: You have 350 assessments to generate.
- June 5, 2024, 13:00: Your 30-day access period ends any unused assessments expire.

What happens after my days of access finish?
You will still have access to the platform and the assessments previously created for 6 months. However, you won't be able to create new assessments or edit, or delete existing ones once your access days expire. Nonetheless, you will be able to export your previously created assessments to PDF.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, TutorCreates does not offer refunds because of the immediate consumption of resources and the high costs incurred in generating assessments. By signing up, you agree to waive your right to a refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
